Vendor Registration Verification Code (Email Or SMS) Is Not Being Sent

    Hii There,

    I am using WCFM plugin and have tried to register account as vendor. and i am not getting any varification code email.

    Hello #WCFM,

    even my website https://www.sukhim.in/vendor-membership/?vmstep=registration is not sending the verification code on the email when a vendor tries to register.

    Kindly assist.

    Just to quickly update here, there is no error code or error message displayed.

    The notification box says the code was sent, however there is no code being sent out.

    Please suggest…

    Please install WP Mail logging plugin and check whether emails are triggering or not ?

    Hello, the email seems to be triggering and I noticed that the emails are going to SPAM with warning. “Be careful with this message
    Gmail could not verify that it actually came from sukhim.in”

    Hello @nutankadam

    The issue will be fixed once you get in touch with your hosting provider.

    They have to change the SPF record DMARC and DKIM with the one from the cPanel with them.
