Vendor registration, Vendor Dashboard and user role

    Hello, I am testing out the signup page using Dokan on WooCommerce.

    If I choose ‘I am a customer’ and finish the registration, the user role in WordPress is shown correctly as ‘customer’. But if I choose ‘I am a vendor’ and finish the registration, the user role is shown as ‘none’, and the Vendor Dashboard does not shown up next to Cart.

    Could you please advise how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

    I am so sorry to hear about the issue. I have checked locally but the issue is not there. So there may be some conflict causing the issue on your site. Please checked the conflict.

    There are many WordPress plugins out there and not all of them are coded nicely so let’s see if you have a plugin installed that is not playing nice.

    => Try to deactivate the plugins excepts Dokan then check again.
