Vendor Registration Failed

  • Hey! I hope you are doing great.

    I have a website where one can register as a vendor. I migrated my website from one host to another. Till then I am having this error that whenever anybody tries to register as a vendor, he/she gets a message of “Registration Failed”. I don’t what happened to my website but it shows a message of Registration Failed. I would appreciate it if you help me out to fix this error.
