Vendor registration Admin email error

Hello WCFM

Apparently there has been an issue, and the email notification for the vendor registration is not shooting up and email to the admin.

installed the wp-mail log, and found that the email was triggered, however there is no recipient, and the wp mail log displays error saying that at least 1 email address should be provided.

I am not sure, where the email address is missing, and what is the step to fix the admin email missing.
