    Hi,
Plugin looks good, I’m testing it out, I’ve deleted WCMP in favour of yours, but I noticed following Vendor Registration I started using the ‘get started’ guide, I can’t put in a UK post code, something like WC1A 2AA it’s just requesting a number? Also image upload hanged, it would be good if it stated the optimal size of the logo and banner in the guide.

The vendor sign up process needs obviously needs to be as simple and user friendly as possible not to put off new sign ups!

Hope this is helpful. Thanks for giving it some attention.

    Hi,

Thanks for get in touch with us and all your suggestions.

    I can’t put in a UK post code, something like WC1A 2AA

    – There is no such restriction, hope you are using “Store Address” field?
    Please check this – https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-marketplace-vendor-registration/

Hi, I’ve checked out your links, thanks. Still trying to figure it out. I’ve added a screenshot of the place where it won’t accept a UK postcode and other help notices.

Not sure how to edit this field to make it accept a UK post code?

Thanks, still testing usability for vendor, postcode works fine, thanks. The vendor could do with the pixel dimensions for banner and other images. Could you add a knowledgebase on the left menu like WCMP then we can guide the vendor on what to do step by step, to reduce vendor registration drop off?

    Thanks again.

    Hi @sporforya,

For registration vendor has to insert only email, store name and password.
Please know us how much simplication you are looking for?

    @ictsource,

WCfM knowledge base is there but it’s at top bar of the dashboard.
But if you want to add this in left menu then just add using WCFM menu manager.

    Thank you

Thanks, plugin is great! I didn’t spot knowledgebase icon, will add to left as well thanks for the tip.

On registration, next to the verification code, it’s not clear whether the code has aleady been sent or do you need to request a code? A description would be useful. i.e. A Verification Code will be sent to your email address.
Please resend the verification if you do not receive it within 10 mins, (please check your spam).

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks again

    Hi,

It’s off course possible to add help code over there. I will give a code snippet for this. We didn’t add this to keep the page clean and assume that email verification code will off course goes into mail box ??

    Thank You
