Vendor publish permission not working

    For some reason I can’t enable users to upload a product without permission.

    I’m using a theme called MyListing (https://themeforest.net/item/mylisting-directory-listing-wordpress-theme/20593226) and in the comments at their Theme Forest product page they suggest using WV Vendors

    I want my users to be able to upload events with tickets/products and only to have to approve the event/listing it self. At the moment events need approval but also do the products. I am using WC Vendor and I have checked the “Allow vendors to publish products directly to the marketplace without requiring approval.” box in WC Vendors >> Capabilities >> General >> Publish Approval and when a user uploads a product it still needs approval.

    Are the events/tickets a separate product type? Does the theme or a plugin that comes with the theme create the event product type? If so, then our plugin is not integrated with that, and so the vendors will not be able to use that product type without customization.
