    Hi @simplejimbo ,

By default, it is only the vendor’s products that will be displayed in their stores.
There would be no other products from other vendors that will be displayed on their store.

In WC Vendors Pro, we have an element called Modern pro header where the store icon and banner is displayed at the top along with the other details of the store.

I hope that this could help and please feel free to let me know if you have other questions. Have a great day ahead!

Thank you. “By default, it is only the vendor’s products that will be displayed in their stores.” When customers are viewing the vendor’s store, they are seeing another vendor’s products first. How can I fix this?

    Hi @simplejimbo,

I checked the vendor page you sent, and it appears that the products from the admin are showing.

This is not intended behavior. Can you check for possible plugin conflicts? You may follow our debugging guide here – https://docs.wcvendors.com/docs/wc-vendors/troubleshooting/the-debugging-guide/.

Kindly let us know how this goes.

I followed the instructions, the theme “storefront” is the current one I am using, and the website is new, there are not many plugins to deactivate. I installed the jetpack and updated everything. woocommerce status has 1 X but is for connection to a woocommerce account. I have deactivated the Vendor plug and re-activated it. I switched themes a few times and cleared the cache. Is it possible that I set up the plugin wrong?

    Hi @simplejimbo ,

I could not seem to find the page anymore when I clicked on the link. However, I can assure you that it’s not coming from WC Vendors, as we don’t have an option to show other products on a vendor’s page.

It could be coming from the theme or even from the WooCommerce’s settings themselves. Try checking their settings and see if there’s anything related to such an option to display either featured or highlighted products.

I apologize, I had to replace the plugin, that is why you could not find it, I tried everything but it will not work. I will give it another try on my next project which also needs a vendor plugin. I will install the plugin at the very beginning of the next project.
    Thank you
