    2 of out many vendors are having a few problems with the vendors page. When I went to make a vendor page to test the problems I had zero of these issues.

    Problems include:
    – The page is in mobile view on Laptop browsers
    – They are unable to make a new tag or use existing tags that haven’t been used yet.
    – whenever the vendor changes something on the page it bumps them to the bottom of the page.

    I think this is all a result of the first problem point and I am 90% sure it is user error but I have no clue how to fix it on their end so any ideas would be great.

    I understand that 2 of your vendors are experiencing issues with their vendor pages, such as mobile view on laptop browsers, inability to use new or unused tags, and being redirected to the bottom of the page after making changes.

    As a first step to troubleshooting the issue, I’d recommend asking the vendors to clear their browser cache and cookies, or try using a different browser to see if these issues persist. If the problem continues, please provide us with more details about the vendors’ system specifications and browser version for us to understand the issue better.
