vendor order got deleted when used this migration tool

I believe you have migrated from WC Marketplace (WCMp) multi vendor plugin.

Certainly we have withdrawn compatibility with this plugin around 6 months ago due to it’s uncontrollable bugs. https://wclovers.com/blog/were-breaking-up-with-wcmp/

I am really sorry for your trouble but we are quite helpless as WCMp new version vendor orders are not standard WooCommerce order so it’s not possible to migrate those.

So, how it’s possible to migrate?

I did restore the old system and found the orders are visible on woo-commerce orders actually.

and actually same orders are exisits on the woo-commerce after migration but not showing in the vendor account

The orders showing in store manger order list for admin but not in vendor account

Vendor orders are not possible to migrate for WCMp using this tool.

How it’s possible to migrate if can’t be done using this tool?

Sorry, we do not have any solution for this multi vendor plugin right now.

WCFM does not support this any more.

any instructions in doing it manually from the database?

How many vendors and their orders do you have?

Around 460 including canceled.

Vendors about 150 including non-active vendors.
