Vendor not receiving new order notification email tried debugging

    Vendor not receiving new order notification email tried debugging also through smtp plugin but vendor new order notification is not giving any failed logs. so its not generating at all what i feel. as admin receving email customer too reciving email just vendor is not being notified with email. please help its really urgent
