Vendor name is not showing on their single store page

I am using Dokan Pro and Elementor Pro plugins, and I want to display the artist’s name on their single store page. I have created a custom single store page with Elementor Pro and I have used ‘Author Box Widget’ to display the artist name, but it is not displaying. Please help us quickly.
