vendor membership page not showing header

  • i’m using 3 plugins of wcfm

    WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager
    WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace
    WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Membership

    the vendor-membership page have [wcfm_vendor_membership] shortcode in it ,if you go through this link https://www.gomyhealth.com/healthshop/vendor-membership/ you can find this doesn’t have theme styles in it no menus is showing logo is also not showing can you please fix this
