Vendor issues

Can this functionality possible by this plugin which I mention below:

Let’s say Vendor A has 2 products being sold: paper and printer.

Paper should be visible to customers within, say, 15km from location of the vendor that he can set in the system.

Printer is heavy, so he wants it to be visible only to customers within 2km from location of the vendor that he will also set in the system.

So let’s say Customer visits the website. On the home page he is prompted to enter his location (or track his IP). Once he enters his location, geolocation should then compute if he is within the radius of the vendor location.

If he is within 1km of vendor location, then he should see both Paper and Printer on the shop.

If he is 10km away, he should only see Paper and not the Printer. It will be hidden from him.

Different vendors can set different radius for their many products, and products of various vendors will be either hidden or shown to customers based on the distance of vendor to the customer.
