Vendor info – Shortcode or widget?

    Hello,

    I’m creating a custom layout for my woocommerce product pages, I want to display the vendor name some where in the page.

    Is there a shortcode or a widget where I can get that information from?

    It is not possible to show the vendor name on the WooCommerce single product page. Unfortunately, there is no shortcode for the purpose.But a few modifications can help you with your requirement. Have a look at the link.

    Sadly its not working, I added that to my child theme functions file

    If you have used the code on your theme fundctions.php it should work fine. I have tested locally and it is working fine.

    In case it is not working I am unable to figure out the reason. I have already shared your the best solution to the requirement. You can use an expert opinion on the matter. Unfortunately, I am unable to help you further.

    Nevermind, found the error. The store only had the url and not a store name.

    That function is workin, but besides the product summary, how can we change it to the title or short description?
