    hi, i have installed the WC Market place and, vendor is not receiving any emails, i woocommerce>settings>emails tab all emails are enabled but still vendor is not receiving emails for new order,cancel order,completed order etc. please advise on this

    Are all other transactional emails working? If you install WP Maillog are the emails being triggered? Have you enabled the new emails and not the deprecated ones?

    Hi,

    Yes all the transactional emails are working, as even admin is receiving the mails when vendor creats account/add new products, but only vendor is not receiving emails, and also have enabled all emails in woocommerce settings, but in woocommerce>settings>emails , Recipient(s) filed i could see blank for vendor emails, as for customer emails it is mention as customer in Recipient(s) field and for admin emails have admin email address in Recipient(s) field and for vendor emails it is blank.

    Can you install WP Mail Log and see if the emails are triggering. That will help us narrow down if its a plugin issue or a partial sending issue.

    Hi,

    As any of the emails are not triggering,there is no vendor emails in the log, i could see only admin emails in the email log.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for testing this, WooThemes has a guide about email too, we only hook into WooCommerce and WC Vendors doesn’t send mail. Could you please check out their mail debugging guide too?
