Vendor Earning Issue

    Hello, Recently we used dokan plugin and we already setup everything as needed.

    But When customer check out the vendor’s products it showed earning when products are processing. Please check this Screenshot

    And When Admin Mark product as complete, Vendor can’t see earning. Even in withdraw section. Please check Order complete Screenshot

    And Check Vendor Withdraw Section Balance. It shows zero balance. Please check Screenshot

    Please Reply I wanted to know details. Thank you so much.

  • Hi @wpcrazy40,

    What is the commission percentage you have set?

    Allow some time to update the withdraw balance cause if you are using any caching plugin the withdraw amount gets updated a bit late.

    Thanks for fast reply Bro @rafsuntaskin.

    We’re not using any cache plugin yet and we set 15% for vendor commission. How many days should we wait? 24 hours gone, Vendor still can’t see Earning on their withdraw section. And new order also placed. Please help us out. Thank you.

    Is there any setting we’ve to do from Dokan admin section?

    I think your hosting is using caching by default ( i.e: WPENGINE ).
    I would request you to contact our support team at our wedevs dot com website and they will help you out to fix this issue ASAP.
