Vendor dashboard not working

  • Hi osg4wp — In your admin back-end go to WooCommerce / WC Vendors / Capabilities and make sure “View Frontend sales reports” is checked. If it is checked, uncheck, save, then re-check, save and see if that fixes the problem.

    If it does not, please open a Help thread @ wcvendors.com that way we can help you much faster. We typically only check the WordPress forums once a day, whereas on wcvendors.com new help requests are instant notifications for us and we can respond often times within a few minutes.
