Vendor Dashboard isn't shown in my account page (Dante Theme)

You shouldn’t do this, because you don’t want to show the vendor functions to customers. Customers use /my-account/ — Vendors use /vendor_dashboard/

You can customize the vendor dashboard templates in any way you like. See https://www.wcvendors.com/knowledgebase/changing-vendor-templates/ for full instructions.

Vendor Dashboard isn’t showing means it is blank(i have using shortcode [wcv_vendor_dashboard] in vender dash board) & also my account page also blank after registration in my website.

If the my-account shortcode doesn’t work, that’s a WooCommerce shortcode. The wcv_vendor_dashboard shortcode is WC Vendors.

If both of them arent working, there’s something wrong with your theme, a plugin conflict, or something else. Edit the page and check on the TEXT TAB not the Visual Tab, that the shortcode looks normal. ALways use the text tab when editing pages, otherwise the shortcodes can get messed up with weird formatting.

Try to get the WooCommerce my-account shortcode working, once you do, the WC Vendors one will likely magically start working, too. ??

I have used [woocommerce_my_account] text edit mode in my account page. its working well, but after registration as normal user page is blank. you can check this at https://saiimitation.priorsolution.in/my-account/. Also Vender dashboard page is blank after signout https://saiimitation.priorsolution.in/vendor_dashboard/. please check this.

Asking people to email you login credentials is frowned on here. In general, giving login info to relative strangers (which you and I are to Shrikant there) is dangerous practice. It would be better if you could work it out on the forums, starting with the basics of “Turn on debugging in wp-config and see if anything pops up”

Yes, it takes longer, but frankly I’m not giving any of you my passwords ?? It’s for security.

I understand if it’s frowned upon here. It’s common practice for us, and for our wcvendors.com free support forums which we encourage members to use instead of the forums here. 99% of the time people asking for support do so on “in development sites” as once their site is up and running they then have the experience to fix most problems on their own and the initial theme quirks are ironed out.

Since www.remarpro.com doesnt provide any “new thread” notifications until after you reply, it makes support requests take too long. We like to have things fixed for our plugin users in minutes, not half days. ?? Perhaps they will write this in one day……
