Vendor Dashboard Buttons are white when hovered over

as stated in the previous post the buttons on my vendor dashboard turn white when hovered over rendering them invisible. I haven’t been able to figure out how to solve this issue after three days.

this is the one thing stopping me from progressing right now and i cant find anyway to fix this. i tried inputting some extra css but i have absolutely no experience with this
