Vendor custom fields

Hello!

Is it still possible to use the code mentioned here? https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/add-a-new-custom-field-to-vendor-information/

Tried adding the code in theme’s functions.php, the field appeared on the WCFM dashboard, but could not show the data on shop pages using the [wcfm_store_info data=store_externalurl] shortcode.

These shortcodes work nicely:
[wcfm_store_info data=_store_description]
[wcfm_store_info data=store_support]

If your code doesn’t work anymore from the mentioned support page, could you please help troubleshoot it, or give tips how to use other plugins like ACF for this. Thank you very much in advance!
