    Dear Dokan support,

    When using the Vendor contact form, those emails are correctly sent to the vendor.

    However, when replying to that email, all of those emails are sent to the admin. We would expect those emails to be sent to the client who posted the question to the vendor.

    I checked, but it is not related to the SMTP plugin which we use.

    Could you please support?

    Yes, you are correct. Actually, we have made the plugin logic built like that. This is because sometimes the admin does not want the vendors to contact the customer directly. So it is set that the reply will go to the admin unless you choose to send the client.

    Now we can understand that replying to the email sent to the user who is sending the email. We are getting similar requests from some of our users and we try to include such a solution on our plugin end. As it is a free feature you can create an enhancement request on our GitHub as well

    Could you by any chance share a snippet which would allow me to update the reply-to emailadress to be set to the clients email? ??

    I am afraid, we do not have an example code to share to change this behavior.

    As @roshni07 suggested, you can submit an enhancement request to the Github page and I am keeping this as a feature request to submit to the team as well.
