Vendor cannot access wp-admin

Hi,

I am using a test stage and a development stage with the same setup. Everything works just fine on the development stage, but on the test stage, the vendors cannot access wp-admin and therefore not edit their products.

I tried to delete + reinstall wc vendors, storefront, disabled plugins, but this behaviour did not change.
