Vendor can change order status even payment still pending

Hi Dokan Team,

Currently I’m using a Dokan Pro, I notified that my vendor can change the order status (Action button) to processing until completed even the payment status is still PENDING PAYMENT from customer. And after it completed (without customer paying), the amount automatically added to vendor withdraw amount. It is too risky to us.

We can disable the function for vendor change the order status, but it will give a difficulties to us to always change the action for order status for vendor.

Do you have any solution or advice regarding this?

Or maybe we can only give an access to vendor to change the action for order status ONLY for PAID order payment status. Vendor are disabled to change the order status to Processing until Completed if the payment from customer is not done (not paid yet)
