Veezi for Theater update to 1.2 failed

  • We are owning a valid license for Veezi for Theater purchased in November 2018, but the update failed:
    “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”

    Frustrating to still having this problem after 6 weeks and not getting any support from the developer yet. So far the email from my first attempt to get support:

    Unfortunately I can not provide free support through email.
    Can you please submit your question to the forum?

    Which I did to no avail on several occasions.
    I would think I will get some support on issues with a purchased software – or am I wrong?

    My request to submit your question to the forum was regarding your question about using Advanced Custom Fields with the free Theater for WordPress plugin.

    I will respond to your question about the paid Veezi plugin via email.

    All my extension say no automatic update available.
