    Make sure you don’t have any tax amount setup within your PayPal account. If so, turn them off.

    Thanks for that suggestion. Have checked and no VAT setting in PayPal. So Woo-commence is sending base price to PayPal not the order total!
    Help? How do I change that. My checkout is correct.
