VAT rate not charging

    Hi,

    On random occasions (or what appear to be random occasions) my woocommerce store will not charge VAT on an order? It has happened for an order with a shipping address within my country and another outside my country.

    Has anyone ever come across this situation?

    Just to check, in the two instances, were the products ordered set to Taxable as explained here?

    Also, to get better visibility of the issue, kindly let us know if you had defined tax rates that cover the affected shipping addresses.
