vat percentage shipping country

Hi there, thanks so much for your interest in our plugin and for letting us know regarding this VAT issue. We want to see if we can replicate the issue on our side and advise how best to resolve it. Would it be possible to provide some screenshots or info of the VAT and country setups so that we can set it up on our side and test the function to see how best to resolve this issue. Sure.
– Prices are entered and shown inclusive of tax.
– Tax calculation is based on customer shipping address
– Site uses standard and reduced tax rates
– Country base, NL, has reduced 9% for all products.
– Other reduced vats are for example DE 7%, FI 10%, IT 4%, BE 6%, FR 5,5%

Hi, thanks for following up and apologies for the delay in getting back to you! We set up a matching configuration and were able to replicate the issue as per your screen demo and we determined this is caused by the plugin currently only supporting base tax rates.

Support for location base rates and reduced rates is a feature we have been working on in the premium version of the plugin (https://woocommerce.com/products/admin-order-modifier/) for a while and due to an increase in requests for this feature, we are aiming to include this support in the next release of the premium version. If you are interested in this, please let us know and we can then update this thread as soon as the next release of the premium version is available.

Unfortunately, due to some of the complexities involved in the additional rate fetching and calculation this is not a feature that is currently on the roadmap for the free version of the plugin.
