    Hello!

Thanks for a great plugin. We have an issue with VAT in Slovenia, where a 9,50 % rate is applied. However, the plugin always charges 10 % – it seems it ignores the decimal and always rounds up the rate.

    Thanks for looking into it!

    Hi @mhorvath,

    could you please:

    • check how many decimals do you have in the WooCommerce settings?
    • try to use “.” as a decimal marker instead of “,” or the other way around?

    Thanks and hope it helps

    Hi!

In tax settings, “9.5000” is set as the tax rate. This works perfectly fine with shipping rates and product prices, the pay for payment plugin is the only one that can not process this properly.

    Thanks for help!

And if you go to the WooCommerce -> Settings and scroll down in the General section. How many decimals do you use here? That affects how many decimals are used for rounding.

Number of decimals is set to 2.

I can’t reproduce it (and you’re the only one reporting the problem ATM), could you try to debug site and deactivate other plugins and themes? https://help.kybernaut.cz/en/help/debugging-with-health-check/

If you’re able to reproduce it, could you create a temp site at tastewp.com or similar platform where I can have a look at it? Thanks for your help.
