VAT number doesn’t work

  • Hello, on my shop I have VAT number . And when I whrite a VAT number in the form. He doesn’t accept my VAT number. Never. I have an error message even is the VAT number is correct.

    If you can please provide more details, that would be great.

    I’ve tried to add a product in your store, but it appears that you’ve disabled the plugin, please let me know what settings you’re using.

    No I don’t disabled the plugin. It still there. I don’t understand why you don’t see it. Try to the french shop if not. It’s a B2B website.

    I use for :

    – Failed Validation Handling: Reject the order and show an error message

    – Enable B2B Transactions: I checked => This will force users to check out with a VAT Number, useful for sites that transact purely from B2B.

    Even if I put a valid VAT number . I have an error message (You have entered an invalid VAT number (02484468178) for your billing country (FR).)

    Sorry @newsteo but are you sure you’re using the plugin related to this support forum? The message appears when I click the VAT field doesn’t appear on my plugin.

    Plus, I don’t have B2B options in my plugin, please double check.
