vat not reflected on invoice

    Hi I have the pro version of Germanized and I have managed to make a template for invoices. I neet the product prices and shipment without vat and in template everything is ok but when the invoice is send there are no prices without vat and also the amount of vat is not displayed. I don’t understand what is wroung and why doesn’t work. We sell to Germany and Austria and there are diferent vat %.
