VAT not being applied

Hi

I have been using the plugin for a while with no issues, then recently I noticed that VAT is no longer being added to purchases from the EU.

For example, I had a client from Ireland and the WooCommerce Order page has the message:

“VAT compliance information
WooCommerce registered the customer as not being tax-exempt.

Customer’s taxable address: Ireland (IE)
IP Country: Ireland (IE) – source: WooCommerce built-in geo-location`”

And yet, no VAT was applied to the order or the PDF invoice.

Can someone help me figure out what changed, please?
