VAT is always deducted

Hi Diego,

I can’t figure out to configurate the WooCommerce EU VAT Assistant plugin to create the following situations, because the VAT is always deducted for all orders outside base country.

1. Order from person or business with billing address in base country: always VAT, no number applicable or needed. -> Works correctly
2. Order from person with billing address outside base country: always VAT, no number applicable. -> Works not correct, because when you change billing country to outside, VAT is deducted.
3. Order from business with billing address outside base country: no VAT if number is valid. -> I think it works correctly.

As you can see number 2 is the real issue. Please let me know if it’s possible to create and which settings to adjust. I will appreciate your help.
