    Hi,

When logged as admin I have a product (as an example) that shows 24.39€ VAT Included. If I am not logged as admin the price shows 30,00€ VAT Included.

The product price is defined as 30€ VAT Included.

    What can be the problem?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

If you have different tax rates set up for different countries, and you show your prices including tax, then your shop shows you the prices based on which country you’re from… if it knows your address, that is.

Presumably, when you are logged in as Admin, your address is known to the store, maybe because you’ve entered it during testing. So, the prices are shown to you including tax for that address.

However, when you are logged out, the shop doesn’t yet know your address, and shows you prices with tax for the country based on this setting:
WooCommerce ? Settings ? General ??Default Customer Location.

Image of the setting found under WooCommerce - Settings - General -?Default Customer Location

You can see this in action. While you’re logged out, go to the product you linked to above, and add it to your cart. Then on the cart page: https://autocamping.pt/carrinho/ – edit the delivery address, and toggle the countries between Portugal and Spain. You’ll see the price change based on which country you select.

    Hey @lmsm76

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
