VAT ID

    Hi,

    As soon as a wholesaler registers as a wholesaler, he also has to enter the VAT ID. But how can I do this with the Wholes plugin so that the user can enter the field?

    I have seen that you can do this via a custom field, but the problem is that afterwards the VAT ID can no longer be edited on the my-account page.
    In addition, this field must also appear on the invoice afterwards.
    What is the best way to solve this?

    It seems that you are using the pro version of the plugin. With due respect, this support forum is only meant to provide support to the free version users.

    Anyway, after thoroughly reading your message and I understand your concern.

    Unfortunately, the option to edit the VAT ID is not available on the “My Account” page at the moment. However, you can edit the data from the “Users” menu.

    Regarding the feature you mentioned above, we appreciate you bringing this to your attention. We’ll definitely take this into consideration and add the feature in a future update of our plugin.

    I appreciate your effort in addressing my concern. I’ll follow the steps you provided to edit the VAT ID from the “Users” menu. The screenshots are very helpful, and I’ll make sure to do the necessary changes accordingly.

    Also, I’m glad to hear that you’ll consider adding the feature to edit the VAT ID on the “My Account” page in a future update of the plugin. That would be really beneficial for users like me who are using the pro version.
