    Good evening, here you will find the screens of the configuration of the two sections:
    EU VAT NUMBER
    EMAIL&MISC – GENERAL

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Have you tried to set session type to “Standard PHP Sessions” and enable the “Read and Close” checkbox? If not please try it once. It should work and let us know if still not working.

    Hi @gravid7,
    I tried as indicated but it doesn’t work.
    The VAT number is validated but the VAT is not deducted in the shopping cart.
    I also tried to go ahead with the payment, but nothing happens. The VAT is still there.
    VAT number vies validated and correct.

    If possible please try to upgrade to the latest version. This should resolve the issue. You can open a new thread if you need further help.
