VAT error

    Hello, I have a question about our online store with 27% VAT. Sometimes Random writes 0% on the invoice and 0% is also written on the order page. The products are subject to tax, it is set correctly on all products. After an incorrect order comes, I test it again, I order the same one and it’s good… but I can’t know what is the random error.

    Could you help me?

    Hi @szilard21,

    It seems tax rates are randomly appearing and disappearing on your site. This is not the default behaviour that we see with the WooCommerce software or our extensions.

    As a first step, I would suggest re-checking your tax setup to make sure everything is configured correctly. I am sharing some resources below that should help:

    2. WooCommerce Tax Guide (If you’re using automated tax via WooCommerce Shipping & Tax)

    If everything looks good and the issue surfaces randomly, it could be a theme or plugin conflict. Please check if the issue persists if you switch to a default theme like Storefront and disable all the plugins except for WooCommerce.
