VAT Display not working on variations

  • Hello,

    I’m using VAT display for few products on my website (for a specific role, and specific products), it works pretty well,

    but on products with variations the displayed price is including VAT (only when I check a variation, otherwise the range price at the top of the page is correct) – it only works as it should when i’m logged as an administrator role but not on other roles (which I need, for Wholesaler role).

    Are you using the EU VAT number module? If yes can you share a configuration screenshot of the module? From where you have added the condition of the product and specific user role?

    Hi @diwaize

    Thanks for the screenshot. If you want to display tax by user role, then you can try to enable the “Text Display by User Role” option from the module and after that, you can select the specific user role.

    Thanks but the problem is it’s not working on products with variations, on simple product it’s ok.

    When I see the product in the shop, the price range is correctly displayed but on the product page itself, when I select a variation, the price is including VAT.

    But it works with administrator role, not with wholesaler role.

    Would you like an access to the website?
