VAT being applied to non EU customers

    Hi Diego,

    Ran into the following issue.

    For some reasons I have orders from outside the EU, where NL VAT is being added nonetheless. (The Netherlands is my store location in Woocommerce). On the ‘edit order’ screen, it says ‘Customer Located in EU: no’, so that’s all being handled correctly. Nevertheless 21% NL VAT is being applied to the order.

    Any thoughts on how I can best troubleshoot this?
