    Hi,
I’ve created a bundle and it’s working well, however when the bundled items are selected, the Additional Price and Total Price (ex VAT) are correct, but the inc. VAT prices are incorrect (it shows the original main product’s inc VAT price in every position).
Any ideas how to solve this? is there a setting I’ve missed, or is it a bug?

    Thanks

    Hi @jeremyhickman ,

FYI, our plugin only takes one kind of price, either incl. VAT or excl. VAT into consideration as WooCommerce requires every product to must and can only have 1 price to be considered as the main price (regardless of the VAT), so we base on the settings under WooCommerce >> Products >> Tax settings here: https://app.screencast.com/ZZJGPd1AMtujA.

When you choose an option for the first one, it allows our plugin to know if VAT should be included or excluded with the price entered in the General tab of the Product Data for all products. Plus, in the subtitles for prices in your shop, it’s recommended to use only 1 kind of tag to show the VAT info. Though for normal products, these pieces of information can be displayed properly, for some special product types, it would be very complicated: there are special pricing and discount rules inside smart bundles/composite/grouped products, Bought Together/Force Sells, etc. So it’s very hard to solve this.

I recommend that you show only 1 kind of price subtitles for your shop now to not confuse buyers.

I will write a report to our developers so that they can investigate this soon and find a solution or a workaround. Honestly, this might take pretty much time.

    Best regards.

    Thanks for your reply.

We are showing prices without VAT, as it is a business site – so the opposite to your screenshot.

WooCommerce generates the ‘including VAT’ price using the tax rate entered in settings – and it is this price which is incorrect. You can see from the screengrab below that the ‘including VAT’ price is repeated (in this case £792) in each case, even when the excl VAT price is £660, £239, or £899 – which doesn’t make any sense?

Can you help with this as is it very misleading?
