VAT always removed on checkout

    If you mean that the VAT Number is removed from user’s meta (VAT and VAT number are two different things), then there must be some external code that does that. It could be another plugin, or some custom code, as the EUVA doesn’t delete VAT numbers after they are stored.

    I would suggest to go by exclusion, disabling other plugins and custom code. That would be the easiest way to narrow down possible causes.
