Vars.php header error , but I still can post as long as I don’t click on Login

I was editing my vars.php, I really don’t think I touched anything above the smilies. But it is possiable I did on accident.
I searched the forums and google. So now I am posting.

Any one have any ideas on how I can fix this? I can post if I click on Edit any post (to get to the admin) , and then start a new post.
