Varnish caching

Hi,

We are using Varnish for caching. We noticed that the cookie bps_request makes Varnish send back x-cache: MISS in the header.

When we “include” this cookie for Varnish, it returns x-cache: HIT which is what we want (caching to be active, especially for the home page). Our question is, is this OK and safe to do? Will it have any negative impacts for users or cause unexpected behaviours?
