It seems there’s some kind of incompatibility with varnish (a kind of server cache, 6.0.8 version).

    https://varnish-cache.org/docs/index.html

I have lots of pages, everyone with its own forminator form. For example:

    https://www.sientemarruecos.viajes/viajar/viaje-a-marrakech-y-fez/

At the beggining there’s was a random “Invalid Nonce Error” problem, so I check “Load form using Ajax” option In every form.

What It happens now is that forms randomly dissapear, and as soon as I purge varnish cache It shows It again.

There’s no possibilities in varnish cache to exclude plugins directories from caching, and applying “prevent Page caching on form pages” option is not something good since I have hundreds of forms inserted in diferent urls.

What do you think? Thanks a lot in advance

    Hi @carcayu80

I hope you are doing good today.

I made a review of your pages source and it seems that Forminator <form tag is loaded but it is fully empty, without any fields. I checked our system and only similar cases were related to 3rd party cache plugins and no reports about varnish cache. I also cannot see any kind of errors in the browser console.

I pinged our Forminator Team to review your case in the first place.

In meantime, could you let us know will it be possible to create a staging site, which will also use varnish cache and run, just as an additional test, a full plugin conflict test, just right after the form will not load?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Thanks. The thing is varnish cache is loaded now, but with dinamic cache option disabled.

I dont get the staging proposal. I have an english version of the website with cf7 plugin instead and same structure. Would It be ok to put your plugin there and an example Page and see what happens?

The problem is varnish flush automatically every 24 hours, so I could say to you “hey, check It now” and maybe you would check It after the flush.

I have no idea about coding, but maybe you could Tell me how to do a full plugin conflict test so I could give to you the test log?

    Hi @carcayu80,

I hope you are doing well today!

Staging site or a dev site, basically a full copy of your site that you can perform tests without touching your original live site.

To learn more about a plugin conflict test, see this guide below:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

Check out this handy flowchart of the troubleshooting process detailed above.

There won’t be any test log but we would like to know if you are having the same issue after performing plugin conflict test on your staging site.

    Kind regards,
    Zafer
