After updating, the out of stock variation swatches are on “blured with cross”, no other “Disabled attribute” effect is possible.

Had to step back to previous version.

    Hello @chris2201, @2a1791,

    Greetings for the day!

We will try to replicate the issue and forrad the information to our devs to fix the issue.

    Best Regards,

    I’m also having this issue.

When an item is out of stock, the swatches show as red X’s and don’t do anything when clicked.

When I revert back to the previous version. the swatches show the labels on them and then when clicked, the out of stock ones trigger Out of Stock to be displayed.

Not sure what else I can add to help find the issue.

    Regards
    Rob

    Hello @robaxxx,

    Greetings for the day!

It appears that your issue may differ from the one discussed in this thread. Could you please check your settings to ensure that the “Disable out of stock” option is enabled in the variation swatches settings?

If this option is disabled and you still see the blur and cross effects on out-of-stock products, I kindly ask you to create a separate thread. Please include any relevant information and screenshots regarding the issue there.

I look forward to hearing from you.

From my point of view, the issue is on topic.
I’ve chosen your plugin because it’s very important to have out of stock variants enabled (I implemented a waitlist function, so customers will be notified when restocked).
With V1.0.10 this worked perfect. Bluring out of stock items and having them still clickable.

Yes, my issue is the same as chris above. I also have a back in stock notifier from codewoogeek on the site and after the update of the variation swatches plugin, the notifier stopped working on products that had variations due to the swatches being unclickable as described by others.

It had worked all the way through until this update and I had not changed any settings since first setting it up a year or more ago.

But regardless I’ll check the setting you’re referencing… but note I downgraded to v1.0.10. The Disable out of Stock is grey (not orange) and everything works.

I can’t get on my server at the moment, but I’ll switch the new version in for a test when I get back on it.

    Hi Aamir,

I’ve upgraded just now and checked the out-of-stock notification plugin that was broken from this, and it all look like it works.

Thanks heaps for sorting this out!
