Various problems, no support

  • Looks like devs of this plugin gave up, I have pro version and support doesn’t exist anymore.
    There are compatibility issues with numerous plugins.

    Hey there,

    Sorry that we let you down. We’re a small team of just 2 and this is not our full-time venture yet.

    Rest assured that this plugin is NOT dead and we’re still working on it. We just hit a small bump in the road. Right now we’re working on scaling up our support and development. This includes creating better End-To-End and Unit testing to ensure all our new releases are of a higher standard.

    For now this lower star rating is deserved—al though 1 star might be a little unfair since the plugin works fine as is—with a few hiccups here and there.

    But I hope you consider changing it in the future once we’re back on our feet.

    Thanks for answering, I changed to 2 stars.

    Hope you will get on your feet soon, but its not fair to sell something and openly advertise Pro features here if you know you cannot offer any support.
