Various problems – dashboard included

Hi there,

I’ve spent the last 3 weeks or so teaching myself (badly?) how to create a wordpress site with some fun features. It’s nearly finished and although it’s not perfect i’m super proud of what i’ve managed to achieve.

Unfortunately I’ve managed to essentially lock myself out.

The site is going incredibly slow.
The admin panel is barely accessible
All pages are showing as 404 and not in the correct theme

I am freaking out a bit here and I would really appreciate someone attempting to help me repair this.

I dont know what other info you need to know here but please hit me with questions and may i apologise in advance for being a bit of a newbie at this – your patience gladly welcomed.
