I have a similar message that shows up in 3.1.1 of Woo commerce. The error is shown when an order is placed on the site and the received is sent to the user. So this is quoted from the email the user receives:

On another note, if I click on the “Woo Commerce” icon in the dashboard in WordPress it says: Error can not load Woo Commerce.

Those errors aren’t generated by our plugin.

I just tried deactivating all other plugins so Woo Commerce was the only active, and still the same issues. And how can I fix the wordpress can not load Woo Commerce after the latest update?
I have looked at the documentation but couldn’t find a tip that could lead me to a workaround for the issues I have with the setup right now.

Try again using the Twenty… standard theme. Maybe your theme generates the error. Try to open a thread on WooCommerce not here ??.
