• We are using the free version of Athena. Everything has been great. We just went “live” with our new site. Everything seemed fine. Here it is:

As you can see, the Athena homepage is suddenly not displaying as it used to, various other pages are not displaying all their images. I’ve updated any plugins involved. Here is the one thing that we’ve done that may be to blame:

We went into the editor, and attempted to edit the footer.php file (made a copy of it first) because we didn’t like how the links were displaying. I tried to remove that but it didn’t work, so I simply replaced the clean copy of the footer.php file. Could THAT have caused all this chaos? I cannot see how.

I hope someone has some ideas!

    Anyone from Athena out there?

The “Jumbotron” slider on the Athena homepage has vanished and other elements of the homepage layout have become wacky, overlapping text, etc.

What if I switched to Twenty Fifteen, threw away this copy of Athena, reinstalled a new, fresh copy of Athena, and then reactivated it?

What do folks think of that idea? Might it work, or would complete chaos ensue?

No slider on homepage! No Athena Jumbotron – – – gone!?

Hi i checked your site and it seems ok. I have the same problem as you, what solution did you find? thanks
