First of all, AutomatorWP will give Users random tags when I set an automation to apply a tag via wpfusion/fluentcrm (not sure which one it exactly is).

So, for example… If I set it give give Tag A as an action, it will give Tag B instead.

Additionally, I’m unable to get an Automation to do the following:

    1. Register a guest as User in WP
    2. Create a Contact in the CRM using the User’s form data.
    3. Tag the contact in the CRM based on whether or not a radio button is checked.

I’m able to do the first two, but the third is impossible without setting another Automation to run when a Guest chooses X value for the radio button via Elementor forms.

Well, at least I thought that.

As it turns out, you apparently can’t have two Automations running for Elementor form guest submissions; I can never get the Automation that checks for the field value to Tag the contact inside the CRM. -_-

    Hi @zachkinsey

Since you have opened a support ticket through email lets to continue through the email way

Anyway, in case anyone have doubts about this:

    1. Register a guest as User in WP
Its possible through the anonymous automations feature:
    https://automatorwp.com/docs/getting-started/anonymous-automations/
You have a video example here using Gravity Forms, but you can apply the same procedure to Elementor forms:

    2. Create a Contact in the CRM using the User’s form data.
Our FluentCRM integration includes the action to Create a contact using the form data
    3. Tag the contact in the CRM based on whether or not a radio button is checked.
Our FluentCRM integration also includes the ability to apply or remove tags
