Various Email Notifications

I want to send a certain email notifications when a certain fields is changed to a certain values in the user back end profile.
lets say i have a field called status and has 3 values Accept , Decline and wait . i want when the admin chose any option of those its automatically send the user and email with a certain message.

is there a plugin for that?
